Health Blogger Aiden Mattias normally finds himself promoting juice cleanses, cardio exercise and balanced meal plans, however this week he has been preaching a different kind of healthy lifestyle choice, making headlines across media platforms, Mattias has opened a discussion that is dividing the nation. He agreed to meet with me and I got some answers from the horse’s mouth.
On my part, as a sexologist, the topic in question is something I am very familiar with, and I got from the impression of our meeting Mattias was happy to be getting interviewed by someone that actually gets what he is talking about.

I leave thinking about how simple Aiden’s lesson is, how important it is to feel the human touch, to let go. I think about how embarrassed we are about our bodies and sexual urges and wonder if it will always be like this.
