Health Blogger Aiden Mattias normally finds himself promoting juice cleanses, cardio exercise and balanced meal plans, however this week he has been preaching a different kind of healthy lifestyle choice, making headlines across media platforms, Mattias has opened a discussion that is dividing the nation. He agreed to meet with me and I got some answers from her about a well known but hidden secret to health benefits that you can indulge in today in London.
On my part, as a sexologist, the topic in question is something I am very familiar with, and I got from the impression of our meeting Mattias was happy to be getting interviewed by someone that actually gets what he is talking about.
What are we talking about you ask? The spectacular range of health benefits you can get from having a body to body massage.
We meet up in a coffee shop; its early morning and I feel half awake and haggard. Aiden on the other hand, is positively glowing; looking at him makes me feel like I’m in a movie, like I’m looking through an Instagram lens in this modern age of fast paced social media.
We order and I decide to cut to the chase.
Me:
“So why are you telling every man in the UK to go and get a body to body massage?”
Aiden Mattias:
“Well if you want to put it like that… and I suppose why shouldn’t you, it’s true. I did write a piece outlining the health benefits of body to body massage. And why? Because I believe it, I believe in it.”
Me:
“So for any readers that don’t know what a body to body massage is, can you explain?”
Aiden Mattias:
“Body to body is an erotic massage service. It involves a trained erotic masseuse performing a naked full body massage on her client, using all parts of her body to massage theirs.”
Me:
“So it’s a sexual massage?”
Aiden Mattias:
“To a degree, you don’t have to get a full service body to body massage to reap the health benefits. Opening yourself up sexually to another person doesn’t have to be looked upon as something vulgar. It is 2018, people need to wake up and realise repressing yourself, whether through your diet, your emotions, your sexual desires, can be really dangerous and bad for your wellbeing.”
Me:
“As a wellness guru, can you breakdown the main health benefits of getting a body to body massage?”
Aiden Mattias:

Me:
“Wow, I had no idea.”
Aiden Mattias:
“Funnily enough body to body massage also improves skin. As we discussed earlier the increasing of circulation of blood will have an instant effect on your body’s skin to naturally relax and soften it. Not only that but the specialist oils used by masseuses have natural vitamin pigments that target rough or damaged skin revitalising it. Massage oils are also excellent for removing dead skin and dirt effectively. Many people aren’t aware that a build-up of dead skin and dirt is the leading cause of permanent bodily rashes and skin infections.”
Me:
“I see your point and thank you for sharing this with us. I’m just wondering though, why now? Why have you decided to promote erotic massage? Aren’t you worried it will negatively affect your career voicing something as controversial as this?”
Aiden Mattias:
“I didn’t become a health and well-being advocate to be popular, I do it because I want to help people that need it. A couple of years back I was in a dark place, I had no confidence, I was tired all the time, eating badly, I was depressed basically. And before I turned my life around I found myself at a parlour one night. I got a massagebecause I was feeling low and I felt like a total sleazeball, but when I actually had the body to body massage I was suddenly filled with happiness, strength and the confidence to step up and make the changes in myself that I need. I recognise now that I have a platform as a blogger and people take note of what I say, so why shouldn’t I tell them the truth? I sure as hell wish I’d known all this back then.”
Me:
“I absolutely agree, people should be celebrating the benefits of sex, without judgement, without stigma. I think what you have done is really wonderful.”
I notice Aiden blushing. For someone as successful and attractive as him, he remains humble. We then chat about what we plan to do for the rest of the day. I’m going to a friend’s baby shower and he is going to check out a few bookshops before his next interview. We finish our drinks and part ways.
I leave thinking about how simple Aiden’s lesson is, how important it is to feel the human touch, to let go. I think about how embarrassed we are about our bodies and sexual urges and wonder if it will always be like this. With revolutionaries like Aiden Mattias, perhaps the shackles of repression are slowly loosening.
If you would like to book a body to body massage in London, Aiden recommends Sensual Adventure. He goes on record to say that they are a five-star massage parlour, who will meet all of your needs and wildest fantasies.
